Three-Day Intensive Upholstery Courses

Our three-day intensive courses are designed for those who want to fully immerse themselves in upholstery and make real progress in a short space of time.

Courses run from 10:00am to 4:00pm over three consecutive days, with a maximum of five people per course to ensure plenty of individual guidance and support.

These courses are offered during Easter and summer holidays.

The fee is £425 per person, which includes lunch, tea and coffee each day.

What’s involved

This is a hands-on, practical course where you’ll work on your own piece, learning core upholstery skills along the way.

You will cover:

• Traditional upholstery techniques such as webbing, stuffing and stitching

• Modern upholstery methods using foam

• Fabric selection and how to work with different materials

• Stripping down and preparing furniture

• Sewing and finishing techniques

• Step-by-step guidance on your own project

With a small group size, there’s time for one-to-one support, allowing you to build confidence and leave with a solid understanding of the process.
